I have lived in Sonoita for about 24 years. Very good presentation of the area. Looks like you have a drone or used a Drone Videographer for the air footage. I own several drones and I’m seeing more and more Realtors, investors , property owners etc., using them to get great shots. I only use mine for personal use but it’s a Very Smart idea. I’m from California and i arrived in Tucson May 5th. This is the reason why i am here for 6 months because i want to buy a house in AZ. 2nd reason is I love this bike trail. I have been riding this trail everyday i even bought 2 mountain bike/Trek and Cannnodale and 1 road bike/cannondale. From Tucson going to Marana is such a great ride so quite and the scenery is so beautiful. I love this trail so much.

Can the homes not be built a bit below the ground, Like 10 or 20 feet below so that they are cooler ? Not submerged but a bit lower, so they don't have to spend much on cooling the homes ?

man doesnt belong here.No water its running out and expensive power this valley has been leveled for housing I lived here and dont reconize it now its all destroyed. Housing is outrageous way over pricised.

Recently on the News there are those who want to tear down La Placita and replace it with condos for living downtown. Only a few businesses remain in this colorful business center that sits mostly empty.
